ABC Studios

ABC Studios is a global leader in the development, production and distribution of entertainment content across broadcast, cable and streaming platforms. The studio is the primary content provider for ABC Entertainment, producing hit series for the network, including “American Housewife,” “black-ish,” “For The People,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “How to Get Away with Murder” and “Station 19”; co-productions “The Good Doctor,” “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” and “Speechless”; and late-night talk show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” along with “Criminal Minds” for CBS. ABC Studios is also producing the new dramas “The Fix” and “Grand Hotel,” as well as the new comedy “The Kids Are Alright,” along with co-productions “A Million Little Things,” “The Rookie,” “Schooled,” “Single Parents” and “Whiskey Cavalier” for ABC. In addition, ABC International Studios oversees global development and production. ABC Signature Studios

ABC Signature Studios is an artist-driven division of ABC Studios spearheading year-round development and production across the cable and streaming landscape. Signature is currently in production on comedy series “Dollface” and “High Fidelity” for Hulu, as well as “Unrelated” for Freeform. The studio produces the upcoming drama series “Godfather of Harlem” for EPIX, starring and executive produced by Forest Whitaker. Hello Sunshine and ABC Signature are in pre-production on “Little Fires Everywhere” with Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington starring and executive producing. These projects join a robust slate of returning series, including the critically acclaimed comedy “grown-ish” and “Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger” for Freeform, “SMILF” for Showtime and “Marvel’s Runaways” for Hulu.

About ABC Studios International

ABC Studios International is the international division of ABC Studios, a leader in the development, production and distribution of entertainment content, and the home of “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Lost,” “How to Get Away with Murder,” “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” “Desperate Housewives,” “American Crime,” “Guerrilla,” “Quantico,” “Designated Survivor,” “Scandal,” and many more. ABC Studios International is developing and producing international co-productions and local productions for a global audience. Its first series, “Harrow,” a co-production with Hoodlum Entertainment and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, starring Ioan Gruffudd, has received a 2018 Logie Award nomination for Outstanding Drama series. The second season of “Harrow” will return on ABC1 in Australia in 2019. Australian streaming service Stan has commissioned “The Gloaming,” an eight-part drama series, which will premiere in 2019. The Studio is currently producing a 13-episode international co-production by ABC Network (USA) and M6 (France), “Reef Break,” starring Poppy Montgomery. The series will premiere on The ABC Television Network in summer 2019.

ABC News

ABC News is responsible for all of The ABC Television Network’s news programming, including broadcast, digital and radio. ABC’s award-winning newscasts include “Good Morning America,” “World News Tonight with David Muir,” “Nightline,” “20/20” and “This Week with George Stephanopoulos.” ABC’s “The View” joined the news division in 2014; and in 2018, ABC News acquired renowned data journalism organization FiveThirtyEight. NewsOne, the affiliate news service of ABC News, provides live and packaged news, sports and weather reports as well as footage of news events to over 200 ABC affiliates and more than 30 domestic and international clients.

ABC Owned Television Stations Group

The ABC Owned Television Stations Group includes WABC-TV New York, KABC-TV Los Angeles, WLS-TV Chicago, WPVI-TV Philadelphia, KGO-TV San Francisco, KTRK-TV Houston, WTVD-TV Raleigh-Durham and KFSN-TV Fresno. The eight owned stations reach 22.5% of all U.S. television households.
