‘The View’ Improves on the Final Week of 2019-2020 Season in Women 25-54

On Wednesday, With Guest Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, ‘The View’ Turns in Its Top Telecast Women 25-54 in 2 Months

For premiere week of season 24, ABC’s “The View” averaged 2.709 million Total Viewers, 384,000 Women 25-54 and 256,000 Women 18-49, during the week of Sept. 7, 2020, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research.

“The View” was up compared to the year-ago premiere week (w/o 9/2/19) in Total Viewers (+15% – 2.709 million vs. 2.360 million), Women 25-54 (+4% – 384,000 vs. 368,000) and Women 18-49 (+4% – 256,000 vs. 247,000).

“The View” improved on the final week of 2019-2020 season (w/o 7/27/20) in Women 25-54 (+4% – 384,000 vs. 368,000).

On Wednesday (9/9/20), with guest Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, author of “Melania and Me,” “The View” turned in its top telecast Women 25-54 (391,000) in 2 months – since 7/13/20.

NOTE: Due to Labor Day (9/7/20), “The View’s” Monday telecast were coded as special and is excluded from the weekly averages. In addition, on Friday (9/11/20), “The View” was retitled “View” and is excluded from the weekly averages. “The View’s” averages are based on three days (Tuesday-Thursday).
